ALEX FICK
Alex graduated from Western University with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology in 2012 and a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy in 2015. He has taken additional courses in manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, acupuncture, movement assessment, and advanced exercise techniques.

Alex is committed to using his education, training, and extensive hands-on experience to provide his patients with the best quality care he can.

KAITLYN BRAZIER
Kaitlyn graduated from Western University with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science in 2018 and McMaster University with a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy in 2020. She has additional courses in manual therapy and movement assessment. Kaitlyn is dedicated to working with you to achieve your goals with quality care.

LORI ARNOLD - Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST)™
Lori’s pursuit of studying health and healing has led her to the science of Fascial Stretching. Reduced freedom of movement of the body’s connective tissue (Fascia) has a costly effect on a person’s life. FST™ is a gentle, complementary approach using table-based assisted stretching. It focusses on the body’s fascia and joint capsules as a key element to achieving optimal flexibility, mobility and strength.
