Lori’s pursuit of studying health and healing has led her to the science of Fascial Stretching. Reduced freedom of movement of the body’s connective tissue (Fascia) has a costly effect on a person’s life. FST™ is a gentle, complementary approach using table-based assisted stretching. It focusses on the body’s fascia and joint capsules as a key element to achieving optimal flexibility, mobility and strength. Its key principle is “Gain without Pain” Lori is excited to see what Fascial Stretching Therapy (FST)™ can do for you.
